Let’s Do Lunch – Simple

Now I know people are reading this blog – which is nice!

However today this fact was underpinned with a free lunch from the nice folk at Simple Caravan Insurance who are based in nearby Leeds. It seems they’ve been following this blog for a while now and are so impressed, they wanted to have a chat to see how we could both benefit from my skills. With lunch thrown in of course. Sold!

Quite a compliment really.

“What am I on about?” you may ask.

Well quite simply (no pun intended), it seems the people behind Simple Caravan Insurance, namely; UK General Insurance, are wanting to ‘up their game’ when it comes to engaging new customers and build loyalty amongst their existing clients using the magic of the t’interweb and in particular the concept of blogging.

However, rather than outsource the task to an agency who may not be caravanning fans (perish the thought), they’d rather engage a ‘real caravanner’ with blogging skills aka ‘me’!

So, as they couldn’t find one – they thought they’d ask me having found this, our highly Google ranked caravanning blog. LOL! (There’s a joke in there by the way!)

So it seems I might be in line for some freelance blogging work from these people – all original content of course, so don’t worry if you think I’m ‘selling out’ with Caravan Capers. No chance of that!

There’s a few things to arrange before we both forward with this arrangement though – so watch this space.

It does mean of  course that we’ll need to go away more in our van, if nothing else – so I’ll have something to write about. Shame that, wouldn’t you say?
